Change Management Solutions

Gabrielle came to Atlanta with the non-profit Teach for America, which began her journey in leading big change. While working on transforming under-performing schools, she began to realize, first hand, the incredible power of change management.
With the right strategies, tools and guidance, we all have the potential to shift our places of work, our personal lives and ourselves into something much greater. 


Gabrielle has spent the past twelve years empowering her clients, many of whom are large corporations, on successfully implementing change management initiatives. She currently leads an inaugural change management team for a Fortune 50 company and one day, hopes to travel the world and help companies create their own enterprise Change Management Offices.


Gabrielle has a double degree in English and Education from Illinois State University, received her Professional Coaching Certification from the Martha Beck School of Coaching, is a PROSCI certified change practitioner and a nationally-published author. She believes that if we want to change the world we live and work in, we better change. And better change is what she aspires to bring to all of her clients, regardless of where they are in the change journey.
